- How often do you publish?
- We publish new stories every weekday, with shorter weekend editions. The daily email goes out each morning, Monday to Friday.
- Who writes the stories?
- Our staff reporters cover Toowoomba. Every story names the desk that produced it, links the sources where possible, and is editable when new information arrives.
- How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

- Use the "Send us a tip" form, or click the "Suggest a correction" link at the bottom of any article. We read every submission.
