Usage data from the 2025 calendar year shows 14,200 registered participants across council-managed fields, a 12 percent rise from 2023 figures. The same report lists average weekend occupancy at 87 percent between March and October, with the highest pressure recorded at the athletics centre on Saturday mornings.

Bookings for the upgraded venues open online through the council portal on 1 August.
